Donald W. Hamsher, Jr.

Broker/Builder

Don Hamsher is the Licensed Real Estate Broker for Hamsher Realty, Inc. He is also the Certified Builder of Hamsher Homes, Inc.

Don has been self-employed in the home building business for over 30 years. He has also been a real estate agent for over 25 years. He is a member of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, South Gulf Cove Commercial Architectural Planning Committee, Englewood Chamber of Commerce, Charlotte Desoto Building Industry Association, a member of the Board of Directors for Life Givers International, and other endeavors in our local community.

Don is also a Licensed Minister with the Church of God and is active in local ministry. He is also a Licensed Foster Care provider with the State of Florida. Don is compassionate about helping the people around him. He is currently the pastor of Living Hope Church in Englewood.

Don has resided in the local area for over 20 years. He is married to his wife, Lisa. They have 8 wonderful children and currently one foster child.

George Fowler

Licensed Broker Associate, Realtor

George Fowler works with Hamsher Homes, Inc., and Hamsher Realty, Inc., assisting with their new home construction and general real estate sales. First licensed in 1986, George started his real estate career at Bay Realty of Englewood, Inc. Through the years, he has specialized in general residential real estate and new home construction. For 17 years, George was the sales manager for Roberts Homes and the broker of Ralph Roberts Realty, Inc. George has been a member of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors for 39 years and a member of the Englewood Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club for 20 years.

George’s lengthy and varied experiences in real estate and warm personality make him an excellent choice of agent for your real estate needs.

Tom Borer

Tom was born in Olten, Switzerland. He is married, has two sons and six grandchildren. Tom holds degrees in Business Administration and Civil Aviation in Zurich, Switzerland, and London, UK. He worked in civil aviation for 32 years in financing airports and air navigation systems worldwide.

Tom has lived in Florida since 1996. He became licensed in real estate in 1997. Tom is fluent in English, Swiss, German, French and knows enough Italian for cooking.
